Cancellation Timeframe

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this window, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.


How to Cancel an Order

To request cancellation, email contact@lensuge.shop immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear request to cancel the order

Our team will verify the status. If the order is still within the 1-hour window, we will cancel it and confirm by email.

If the order has already been processed, we’ll guide you through our Return & Refund Policy.


Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the cancellation request is approved within the allowed timeframe:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.


Late Cancellations

Cancellations after 1 hour cannot be guaranteed. If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to follow our Return & Refund Policy to initiate a return after delivery.
